目的探讨能动性相关蛋白-1(MRP-1/CD9)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在舌鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测MRP-1/CD9和MMP-2在53例舌鳞癌中的表达,将检测结果与患者的临床特征进行相关性分析。结果 MRP-1/CD9和MMP-2在舌鳞癌中的强阳性表达率分别为60.4%和62.3%;MRP-1/CD9蛋白的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);MMP-2蛋白的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移及病理分级相关(P<0.05)。MRP-1/CD9表达和MMP-2表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 MRP-1/CD9和MMP-2对舌鳞癌的发生、发展起重要作用;检测其蛋白表达水平对于评价患者的预后有一定的价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MRP-1 / CD9 and MMP-2 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of MRP-1 / CD9 and MMP-2 in 53 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between the results and the clinical features was analyzed. Results The positive rates of MRP-1 / CD9 and MMP-2 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma were 60.4% and 62.3%, respectively. The expression of MRP-1 / CD9 was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P < 2 protein was correlated with lymph node metastasis and pathological grade (P <0.05). The correlation between MRP-1 / CD9 expression and MMP-2 expression (P <0.05). Conclusion MRP-1 / CD9 and MMP-2 play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. To detect the expression of MRP-1 / CD9 and MMP-2 may be of value in evaluating the prognosis of patients with TSCC.
