目的:对贵州不同产地半枝莲中多糖的含量进行测定分析,为黔产半枝莲的种植与开发提供参考依据。方法:以D-无水葡萄糖作为对照品,利用紫外-可见分光光度法在490nm下对11批半枝莲进行测定。结果:不同产地半枝莲多糖的含量差异显著。结论:我省东部地区出产的半枝莲多糖含量比我省西部地区的高;我省东南部镇远一带出产的半枝莲药材多糖含量最高。
Objective: To determine and analyze the content of polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata from different habitats in Guizhou, and to provide a reference for the cultivation and development of Scutellaria barbata in Guizhou. Methods: D-Anhydroglucose was used as reference substance, and 11 batches of Scutellaria barbata were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry at 490 nm. Results: The content of polysaccharide in Scutellaria barbata in different areas was significantly different. Conclusion: The content of polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata L. produced in the eastern part of our province is higher than that in western part of our province. The content of polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata L. produced in Zhenyuan southeast of our province is the highest.
