对现有动车进口刹车材料,在MM-1000Ⅱ型摩擦磨损性能试验机上进行性能测试,摩擦速度为80~200 km/h,摩擦压力为0.4~1.0 MPa。利用JEM-2100型扫描电镜(SEM)对其磨损表面和磨屑进行微观形貌观察。结果表明:当制动速度为160 km/h时,仍具有较高摩擦系数(0.292),制动速度大于160 km/h时,摩擦系数迅速下降;当制动速度为80 km/h时,材料磨损量较小。低速制动下的磨损机理主要为疲劳磨损,高速制动时主要为磨粒磨损和氧化磨损。
On the existing motor car brake materials imported, MM-1000 Ⅱ type friction and wear performance testing machine for performance testing, the friction speed of 80 ~ 200 km / h, the friction pressure of 0.4 ~ 1.0 MPa. The microstructure of wear surface and wear debris were observed with JEM-2100 scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that when the braking speed is 160 km / h, the coefficient of friction is still high (0.292). When the braking speed is higher than 160 km / h, the friction coefficient decreases rapidly. When the braking speed is 80 km / h, Material wear is small. The wear mechanism under low-speed braking is mainly fatigue wear, while the high-speed braking is mainly abrasive wear and oxidation wear.
