从综合经济实力、城乡居民生活水平、人口素质和群众健康状况、社会环境和社会保障事业等方面进行分析,内蒙古建设小康社会已经取得巨大成就,但与全国平均水平相比小康实现程度尚有差别。未来20年,按照全面建设小康社会的战略目标,应着力解决“三农”问题,大力调整优化经济结构,大力发展以民营经济和外向型经济为主的非公有制经济,积极推进西部大开发战略,积极扩大就业,努力提高人民生活水平和质量。
From the perspectives of comprehensive economic strength, living standards of urban and rural residents, population quality, public health, social environment and social security, great achievements have been made in building a moderately prosperous society in Inner Mongolia.
