通过移动妊娠期及非妊娠期成年SD大鼠上前牙,采用HE染色对比观察牙周组织的变化情况,并用免疫组织化学ABC法在原位上确定牙周组织中孕酮的分布,探讨了妊娠期间孕酮在牙周组织改建中的作用。结果显示:①组织学观察:妊娠组牙周组织成骨活跃,新骨形成增加。②免疫组织化学观察:成骨细胞为阳性染色,且妊娠组染色较深。上述结果表明:妊娠期牙移动时孕酮与牙周组织改建密切相关,并且有促进成骨的作用。目前,尚未发现对牙周组织改建有不良影响
By moving the anterior teeth of adult SD rats during pregnancy and non-pregnancy, the changes of periodontal tissues were observed by HE staining, and the distribution of progesterone in periodontal tissues was determined by immunohistochemical ABC method The Role of Progesterone in the Reconstruction of Periodontal Tissues during Pregnancy. The results showed that: ① histological observation: the periodontal tissue of pregnant group had active osteogenesis and increased new bone formation. ② immunohistochemical observation: osteoblasts were positive staining, and deep staining of pregnancy group. The above results show that progesterone is closely related to the remodeling of periodontal tissue during gestation and can promote the osteogenesis. At present, no adverse effects on periodontal remodeling have been found
