和任何新生事物一样,当社工机构如雨后春笋蓬勃兴起时,机构遇到的问题和困惑同样也是如影随形。譬如,由于服务对象对社工的认知度有限,对于社工要么不信任,要么过度依赖;由于社工自身专业水平的疏浅,令服务质量大打折扣;由于诸多原因的交织缠绕,社工人才的频繁流失的现象屡见不鲜;由于尚无科学统一的行业标准,社工服务的执行和考评体系亟待健全完善……
As with any new birth, the problems and confusion the agency encounters are just as vivid as the springing up of social work organizations. For example, the service providers' perception of social workers is limited and they either do not trust or over-rely on the social workers. As the professional standards of social workers are weakened, the quality of service is greatly reduced. The frequent loss of social workers due to many factors is intertwined. The phenomenon is not uncommon; due to the lack of a scientific and uniform industrial standard, the implementation and evaluation system of social service needs urgent improvement.
