For example, the service providers' perception of social workers is limited and they either do not trust or over-rely on the social workers. As the professional standards of social workers are weakened, the quality of service is greatly reduced. The frequent loss of social workers due to many factors is intertwined. The phenomenon is not uncommon; due to the lack of a scientific and uniform industrial standard, the implementation and evaluation system of social service needs urgent improvement.
