目的探索职业病危害作业分级在建设项目职业病危害预评价中的应用。方法在某拟建项目职业病危害预评价中,以建设单位已建成投产的某锂电池相关化学品生产项目作为类比项目,采用类比法结合职业病危害作业分级方法,对建设单位拟建项目锂电池电解液子项目化学危害因素及拟设置的防护设施进行分析和评价。结果拟建项目锂电池电解液子项目对应的类比项目甲A车间操作工岗位有毒作业分级为0级(相对无害作业)。预期拟建项目锂电池电解液子项目操作工岗位化学物危害程度级别、化学物职业接触比值和劳动者体力劳动强度的权重数取值均不高于类比项目甲A车间操作工岗位,有毒作业级别预期为0级(相对无害作业)。拟建项目建成投产后,锂电池电解液子项目操作工岗位接触的化学物质预期接触水平应低于职业接触限值,防护措施设置拟借鉴类比项目的经验并加以完善是合理可行的。结论建设项目职业病危害预评价中,可选择职业性接触毒物作业危害分级参数具有可比性的项目作为类比项目,采用类比法结合职业病危害作业分级方法进行分析与评价。
Objective To explore the application of occupational disease hazard classification in pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects. Methods In a pre-evaluation of occupational hazards of a proposed project, a lithium-ion battery-related chemical production project that the construction unit has completed and put into operation was taken as an analogy project. The analogy method was used to classify the occupational hazards in the project. Liquid chemical hazards and proposed protection facilities to be analyzed and evaluated. Results The corresponding project of the proposed project of lithium battery electrolyte solution was classified as grade 0 (relatively harmless operation). It is expected that the proposed project lithium-ion battery electrolyte project operator chemical grade, chemical occupational exposure ratio and physical labor intensity of the labor force values are not higher than the value of the analogy project A workshop operator jobs, toxic jobs Level is expected to be level 0 (relatively harmless operation). After the proposed project is completed and put into operation, the anticipated exposure level of chemicals exposed to the post of lithium battery electrolyte sub-project operator should be lower than the occupational exposure limit. It is reasonable and feasible to set up protective measures plans to draw lessons from analog projects. Conclusion In the pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects, the project with comparable occupational exposure to poison hazard rating parameters can be selected as the analogy project, and the analogy method can be used to analyze and evaluate the hazard classification of occupational diseases.
