近年来,珠海盗、抢机动车的犯罪问题渐趋突出,与入室盗窃、抢劫成为三个严重影响社会治安稳定的刑事犯罪问题。(一)目前,珠海市盗抢机动车发案具有以下特点:一、发案频繁,造成经济损失巨大。近年来,以机动车辆为侵害目标的盗抢案件不断发生,发案呈明显的上升趋势。在发案总数中所占的比例越来越大。1992年盗抢机动车案339宗,占全年发案的9.5%,造成经济损失1284万元。1993年盗抢机动车案发727宗,占全年发案总数的19.5%,造成经济损失3412万元,并导致6人死亡。经过1993年8-10月针对盗抢机动车案件开展的专项斗争和1994年第二季度全省反盗抢机动车专项斗争的连续打击,现已遏制了这种迅猛上升的势头。但1994年1-5月盗抢机动车案件情况也仅仅是于去年同期持平,发219宗,占1-5月发案总数的16.8%,造成经济损失1043万
