肉芝软珊瑚素酮(Sarcophinone,1)和肉芝软珊瑚素(Sarcophine,2)是从中国南海第氏肉芝软珊瑚(Sarcophyton decaryi)中分离得到的天然大环二萜内酯,具有明显的细胞毒性和抗肿瘤活性,其发现对于研究软珊瑚的生态学有重要意义。
Sarcophinone (1) and Sarcophine (2) are natural macrocyclic diterpene lactones isolated from Sarcophyton decaryi in the South China Sea, and have obvious Cytotoxicity and anti-tumor activity, the discovery of soft coral for the study of the ecology of great significance.
