本文介绍应用微机控制瓦楞纸板生产线与横切装置的高精度恒速比控制系统.并对该系统进行了理论分析,从瓦楞纸板生产线与横切装置上出现的很大交变的负载情况下,均可保证严格的高精度恒速比的准确性.其控制精度达到±0.1%,定长剪切精度保证在±2mm.并有效地提高了瓦楞纸板生产线与横切装置的自动化程度。
This article describes the application of computer-controlled corrugated board production line and cross-cutting device of high precision constant speed ratio control system. The theoretical analysis of the system is carried out. The accuracy of the strict high precision constant speed ratio can be ensured under the great alternating load condition appearing on the corrugated cardboard production line and the crosscutting device. The control accuracy of ± 0.1%, fixed-length cutting accuracy guaranteed ± 2mm. And effectively improve the corrugated board production line and cross-cutting device automation.
