目的探讨钛制弹性髓内钉治疗四肢骨折患儿的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月至2016年2月我院收治的104例四肢骨折患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与研究组,各52例。对照组患儿接受切开复位钢板内固定治疗方案,研究组患儿则实行钛制弹性髓内钉治疗方案。统计研究组与对照组患儿手术时间、术中出血量及切口长度等指标,同时还需观察术后骨皮质破裂、肢体活动受限等并发症发生情况。结果与对照组患儿比较,研究组患儿术中出血量较少,切口长度较短,住院时间及手术时间较短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组患儿术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钛制弹性髓内钉是现阶段治疗儿童四肢骨折的首选方案,能够有效避免多种并发症出现,患儿术后恢复情况良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of titanium elastic nail in the treatment of children with fractures of the extremities. Methods From March 2014 to February 2016, 104 children with extremities and fractures in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 52 cases in each group. Children in the control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation treatment, while children in the study group received titanium elastic nail treatment. Statistical study group and control group children with operation time, blood loss and incision length and other indicators, but also need to observe the postoperative cortical rupture, limb movement and other complications. Results Compared with the control group, the children in study group had less blood loss, shorter incision length, shorter hospital stay and shorter operative time (all P <0.05). In the study group, Postoperative complications were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Titanium elastic intramedullary nailing is the first choice for the treatment of limb fractures in children at this stage, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of various complications and the recovery of children after operation is good.
