目的:通过检测PCOS患者早卵泡期子宫内膜周围螺旋动脉的血流动力学参数分析其与临床代谢、基础内分泌参数之间的相关性。方法:取44例闭经期PCOS患者于早卵泡期行TV-CDU检查,检测内膜周边螺旋动脉彩色血流特征及血流参数-搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI);同期测定各研究对象身高、体重以及性激素6项,各参数之间采用Pearson相关系数分析。结果:血清LH与BMI、WHR均显著负相关(P<0.01),LH/FSH比值与BMI、WHR也均显著负相关(P<0.01);PCOS患者早卵泡期子宫内膜周围螺旋动脉PI与血清T水平显著正相关(P<0.01),RI与LH/FSH正相关(P<0.05)。结论:TV-CDU检测内膜周围螺旋动脉血流动力学为评定PCOS的子宫内膜情况提供了重要的临床应用价值,且子宫内膜血流情况受PCOS患者内分泌状况的影响。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the correlation between clinical and metabolic parameters and basal endocrine parameters by detecting the hemodynamic parameters of endometrial helical arteries in the early follicular phase of PCOS. Methods: Forty-four patients with PCOS underwent TV-CDU in the early follicular phase. Color flow characteristics, blood flow parameters-pulsatile index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were detected in the peripheral arterial blood vessels. Subject height, weight and sex hormones 6, using Pearson correlation coefficient between the various parameters. Results: There was a significant negative correlation between serum LH and BMI and WHR (P <0.01), LH / FSH ratio was negatively correlated with BMI and WHR (P <0.01) Serum T level was positively correlated (P <0.01), RI was positively correlated with LH / FSH (P <0.05). Conclusion: TV-CDU detection of endometrial helical artery hemodynamics for the evaluation of PCOS endometrial situation provides an important clinical value, and endometrial blood flow PCOS patient endocrine conditions.
