目前 ,会计专业人才培养与新形势下职业教育的培养目标和要求之间存在着相当的差距 ,职业会计实践教学与社会需求之间也存在一定的矛盾 ,找出其中一些主要问题 ,从教育模式、教学手段、考核方法、教师培训及基地建设等方面入手进行必要的改革。只有培养出专业技能过硬的实用型人才 ,才能实现职业教育的发展目标 ,才能使职业教育走出目前困境。
At present, there is a considerable gap between the cultivation of accounting professionals and the training objectives and requirements of vocational education in the new situation. There are also some contradictions between the teaching of vocational accounting and the needs of the society. Some major problems have been identified, from the educational model , Teaching methods, assessment methods, teacher training and base construction and other aspects to carry out the necessary reforms. Only by cultivating practical talents with excellent professional skills can we realize the development goal of vocational education so that vocational education can get out of the current predicament.
