今年来,我们根据《党政领导干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》和军委、总政有关文件精神,对我省所属部队和总队机关180多名预选对象进行了考核,提升团干44名,营干116名。我们考核选拔干部的做法在部队引起了强烈的反响,所提升的同志都能努力工作,胜任本职,受到各级的好评。用什么样的标准来考核选拔干部。直接关系到选拔干部的质量,关系到部队建设和风气。为此,我们努力探索和完善干部考核选拔的具体标准,不断充实和赋予新的内容。如在“德”的标准上:我们坚持用江总书记反复强调的“领导干部一定要讲政治”的要求来衡量,除历史地全面地考察干部一贯的思
