伴随邓小平同志南巡讲话的发表,改革在中国又掀起新一轮高潮。面对此况,人们有必要对以往改革的成就与经验进行理性反思,对现实改革的举措与谋略进行客观分析,对涉及改革的矛盾与问题进行基本判断。只有这样,才有可能使人们改革行为更加理性,更符合客观实际。为此,本刊记者张彦访问了国家体改委秘书长王仕元同志,请他就以上问题给予分析和介绍。
With the publication of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour speech, the reform set off another new upsurge in China.
