人血白蛋白热原试验必须采用家兔法。我们选用日本大耳白和青紫兰两种家兔进行此项对照试验研究，并将其结果进行统计学处理，证明无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示我们这两种家兔均可用于人血白蛋白热原试验。
Human serum albumin pyrogen test must use the rabbit method. We choose Japanese white rabbits and cyanine two rabbits for this control study, and the results of statistical analysis, showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). It is suggested that both of our rabbits could be used for human serum albumin pyrogen test.
