校企合作培养人才是高等学校与相关企业紧密合作,通过一定的组织形式,利用高校和企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源,培养适合社会需求的应用型人才的教育模式。校企合作培养人才要深入、持续、稳定、和谐开展,必须建立起先进、合理的运行机制。校企合作培养人才需要政府的支持,更需要校企之间的互动,其机制的构建必须从外部和内部两个角度着手。
The cooperation between colleges and enterprises to cultivate talents is that colleges and universities work closely with related enterprises to cultivate the education mode of applied talents suitable for the society through some different organizational forms and by using two different educational environments and educational resources of colleges and enterprises. School-enterprise cooperation to train personnel to be deep, sustained, stable and harmonious development, we must establish an advanced and reasonable operation mechanism. The cooperation between university and enterprises in training talents requires the support of the government. It also needs the interaction between school and enterprises. The construction of its mechanism must proceed from the external and internal perspectives.
