红小豆新品种保876-16是保定市农业科学研究所以[(冀红小豆1号×日本红小豆大纳言)×日本红小豆]杂交选育而成。2004年3月通过全国小宗粮豆品种鉴定委员会鉴定。该品种生育期短,适应性好,粒大、产量高,适合我国北方红小豆产区种植。
The new adzuki bean variety 876-16 is a result of crossbreeding of Baoding Agricultural Science Institute with [(Hebei Jidong No.1 × Japanese Javanica × Japanese Javanica). March 2004 through the identification of small commissariat apples identification committee. The variety has short growth period, good adaptability, large grain size, high yield and is suitable for planting red adzuki bean in northern China.
