本课题分四个小课题:(1)钢坯机械钻孔工艺的研究;(2)中空钢高精度轧制工艺的研究;(3)D38毫米梯形螺纹重型钎杆的研究;(4)钎钢凿岩寿命室内试验台的研究。我院参加(1)(3)两小课题,进行的工作和取得的成果如下: (1)完成了55SiMnMo钢坯合理通火工艺的研究,满足切削性能要求及保证淬火硬度,达到退火硬度保证在HRc23~28范围,钎尾淬火硬度保证在HRc50~60。自行改制了
