瑞昌县九源乡李阪村为华支睾吸虫病流行区,为进一步了解鱼、虾感染情况,我们于1986年元月,进行了有关方面的调查,现报告如下。 一、自然情况 李阪村四面环山,山沟溪流较多,村前村后多有水塘,居民厕所多建于塘边、田旁。小孩屙野粪的习惯较为普遍,当地群众所养犬、猫之粪便,塘埂,路旁到处可见,且均可被雨水冲刷入塘内,群众生活用水都在塘内进行。塘内饲养了淡水鱼,并有许多野生小鱼,水沟内孳生着大量的纹治
