为减轻宫腔镜检查及其后诊断性刮宫(诊刮)的疼痛与不适,我院在术时试予口服镇静药伊达拉克(idalac)或解热镇痛药消炎痛栓塞肛,均有较好效果,有利于检查顺利进行,现介绍于下。1 资料和方法1.1 资料 1991年1月～1992年2月,用日本产MACHIDA牌、外鞘7 mm的宫腔镜检查功血患者72例,检查后即行诊刮,操作时间共约20～30 min。1.2 方法患者入手术室时由护士随机分组。消炎痛组22例,术前30 min由患者将消炎痛栓100～200mg塞入肛门深处。伊达拉克组13例,于术前30 min口服该药200 mg。37例未用药,为对照组。采用单盲法,由不知用药情况的术者观察术中反应,护士记录。
