“零负团费”现象是我国大众旅游兴起后普遍存在的一种现象,它是我国旅游市场过度竞争的产物,该现象已成为危害我国旅游业持续健康发展的主要障碍,并会对消费者和旅行社造成严重的危害。零负团费现象虽从长期来看会随着旅行社及游客之间的几次博弈及游客消费心理的成熟而逐渐消退,但短时间内这种现象仍然存在于旅游市场中。本文拟通过从“博弈论”、“逆向选择”、等经济学的角度探究该现象出现的深层原因,并据此提出相关的可行性对策来促进旅游行业的健康发展。
