随着高校规模的进一步扩大,政府干预的进一步削弱,高校财务管理所面临的问题越来越严重,一方面财务支出面大幅拓展,另一方面经费来源也日趋多元。如何合理利用有限的经费为高校的发展做出最大的贡献就成了亟待解决的问题之一。文章认为广泛应用现代财务管理相关理念改善这一问题,并联系实际总结相关经验。
With the further expansion of the university scale and the further weakening of government intervention, the problems faced by the financial management of colleges and universities have become more and more serious. On the one hand, the financial expenditure has been greatly expanded while on the other hand, the sources of funding have also become increasingly diverse. How to utilize the limited funds reasonably for the greatest contribution to the development of colleges and universities has become one of the most urgent problems to be solved. The article holds that the related concepts of modern financial management should be widely used to improve this problem and to sum up relevant experiences in the light of actual conditions.
