目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测40例上皮性卵巢癌、20例卵巢良性肿瘤及10例正常卵巢组织中OPN、VEGF及MMP-9的表达情况。结果 OPN、VEGF及MMP-9在上皮性卵巢癌中表达明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织,OPN、VEGF及MMP-9在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与组织病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.05),与组织学分型无关(P>0.05)。OPN与VEGF、MMP-9在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.80、0.30,P<0.05)。结论OPN、VEGF及MMP-9表达升高在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、分化、进展过程中起重要的作用,OPN、VEGF及MMP-9有可能成为治疗卵巢癌的新靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin (OPN), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in epithelial ovarian cancer and their correlation. Methods The expressions of OPN, VEGF and MMP-9 in 40 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of OPN, VEGF and MMP-9 in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue. The expression of OPN, VEGF and MMP-9 in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in epithelial ovarian cancer (P <0.05), but not with histological type (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of OPN and VEGF, MMP-9 in epithelial ovarian cancer (r = 0.80,0.30, P <0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of OPN, VEGF and MMP-9 plays an important role in the occurrence, differentiation and progression of epithelial ovarian cancer. OPN, VEGF and MMP-9 may become new targets in the treatment of ovarian cancer.
