The first panel meeting for the Research Fellowship for International Young Scientist was held in Beijing on July 15,2009.Prof.Shen Wenqing,vice president of NSFC,attended the meeting and delivered a speech,in which he briefed the profile of the Fellowship and introduced the criteria for evaluation.Total of 29 participants presented in the meeting,including 15 panelists from research institutions and universities and some staff from NSFC.
