目的建立利用气相色谱同时测定橡胶厂工作场所空气中正己烷、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯的方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附工作场所空气中的正己烷、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯,经二硫化碳解析后进样,利用30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm的HP-innowax毛细管柱分离,由FID检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果正己烷、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯保留时间分别为2.864 min、6.340 min、18.583 min;线性关系良好,线性范围分别为0.2μg/ml~3000μg/ml、0.4μg/ml~3000μg/ml和2.5μg/ml~400μg/ml;检出限分别为2.5μg/ml、0.4μg/ml、2.5μg/ml(以采集1.5 L空气样品计);相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9998、0.9999。结论该方法简单实用,重现性好,灵敏度高。方法各项指标均符合GBZ/T210.4-2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中正己烷、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of n-hexane, butyl acetate and styrene in the air of rubber plant by gas chromatography. Methods The n-hexane, butyl acetate and styrene in the air of the workplace were adsorbed by activated charcoal tube. The samples were analyzed by carbon disulfide and injected. The samples were separated by HP-innowax capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) and detected by FID Time qualitative, peak area quantitative. Results The retention times of n-hexane, butyl acetate and styrene were 2.864 min, 6.340 min and 18.583 min, respectively. The linear range was 0.2μg / ml ~ 3000μg / ml, 0.4μg / ml ~ 3000μg / ml and 2.5 The detection limits were 2.5μg / ml, 0.4μg / ml and 2.5μg / ml, respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.9998, 0.9999 and 0.9999, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and practical, reproducible, high sensitivity.
