At present, the state-owned listed companies in China have become the backbone of the state-owned economy. However, the governance structure of state-owned listed companies is not perfect, and there are many problems in the allocation of corporate control rights. This paper argues that in order to deal with the allocation of control power of state-owned listed companies, we should first grasp the important part of the ownership control structure, and then continue to improve the governance of state-owned listed companies
