目的了解北京市大兴区公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为今后开展公共场所集中空调卫生监督监测工作提供依据。方法收集2011—2013年大兴区集中空调卫生监测资料并进行汇总分析。结果 2011—2013年共检测样品4 821件,合格4 800件,合格率为99.6%;2011、2012和2013年检测件数分别为775、2 827和1 219件,合格件数分别为768、2814和1 218件,合格率分别为99.1%、99.5%和99.9%。3年监测结果合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.46,P<0.05)。结论大兴区公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况不容乐观,应加强对集中空调的管理、清洗消毒工作,预防空气传播性疾病在公共场所的传播。
Objective To understand the health status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Daxing District, Beijing, and to provide the basis for the future health supervision and monitoring of central air conditioners in public places. Methods The health monitoring data of central air conditioning in Daxing District during 2011-2013 were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 4 821 samples were detected in 2011-2013, with a pass rate of 4 800 and a pass rate of 99.6%. The number of detected samples in 2011, 2012 and 2013 were 775, 2 827 and 1 219, respectively, and the number of eligible samples was 768, 2814 and 1 218 pieces with a pass rate of 99.1%, 99.5% and 99.9% respectively. The qualified rate of 3-year monitoring results was statistically significant (χ2 = 7.46, P <0.05). Conclusion Daxing District, public places centralized air conditioning and ventilation system health is not optimistic, should strengthen the management of central air conditioning, cleaning and disinfection work, to prevent the spread of airborne diseases in public places.
