在编辑北京二中校史和《为人为师聂影梅》一书的过程中,收集到许多校友回忆恩师的感人文章。其中韩少华、韩本如、聂影梅、贾作人、赵本禹等老师的先进事迹尤其值得学校领导者反思。在许多时候并不是教师们没有骄人的业绩,而是学校对教师们的工作太不了解。学校领导要全面、深入、具体地了解教师的工作,就要尊重和信任教师,摆正和教师的关系,多通过学生了解教师,和教师进行坦诚细致的交流,尽可能多地参与到教师的教育教学活动中。
In the process of editing the history of the second lieutenant colonel in Beijing and the book “Nie Yingmei for Humanity,” many touching articles were collected from alumni who recalled their mentors. The advanced deeds of such teachers as Han Shaohua, Han Benru, Nie Yingmei, Jia Zuoren and Zhao Benyu are especially worthy of reflection from school leaders. In many cases, it is not the teachers who do not have outstanding performance, but the schools do not know much about the teachers’ work. To understand the teacher’s work comprehensively, deeply and specifically, the school leaders should respect and trust the teachers, straighten out the relationship with the teachers, learn more about the teachers through the students, conduct sincere and meticulous exchanges with the teachers, and participate as much as possible in the teachers’ Education and teaching activities.
