近期.大庆油田职工抗议改变子女分配的事件,被舆论炒得沸沸扬扬。其中曝露出的国企旧病新疾值得深思。很长时间以来,一些国企用人机制不透明,招聘内部化、萝卜招聘等现象广受诟病。有媒体调查显示,某些垄断性国企中,所招聘员工的30%以上都是内部职工子弟,实际情况甚至会更加严重。这样的“世袭”现象,不仅造成了发展机会的不平等,更为国企自身发展带来严重威胁,家族化的国企必然成为腐败和低效的温床,更是创新发展的大敌。
