化疗方案: 急淋方案:诱导缓解-VP方案为主如选用VP方案4～6周无效加用6-MP、DNR、L-Asp或改用COAP(如有感染则先控制感染或于控制感染的同时加用VCR或L-Asp等药物)。巩固治疗—用原方案2～3个疗程维持缓解—1.6-MP×1周、CTX×1周、MTX×1周、休息1周、单药序贯,反复循环。2.6-MP×3周,休息1周→CTX×3周,休息1周→以后反复循环。3.6-MP:持续应用。MTX:每周2、5。强化治疗—第一年:1～2个月用原方案强化一次。第二年2～3个月用原方案强化一次。
