我国的森林正在处于一个面积快速增加、功能快速分化的特殊时期。需要引起注意的是,目前我国森林所表现出的破碎化、人工化、生物多样性降低、森林病虫害和森林火灾高发等诸多问题只是森林健康的表面问题,是症状表现。必须从我国的经济社会发展的阶段性特点出发,从战略高度上分析和把握影响我国森林健康主要因素,才能够对制定积极有效的森林健康战略、全面推进现代林业起到切实的指导作用。
Our country’s forests are in a special period with a rapid increase in area and the rapid differentiation of functions. What needs to be noticed is that at present, many problems of fragmentation, artificialization, biodiversity loss, high incidence of forest pests and diseases and forest fires in our country’s forests are only the surface problems of forest health and the symptoms. We must start from the stage characteristics of our country’s economic and social development and analyze and grasp the main factors that affect the forest health in our country from a strategic perspective. Only in this way can we make a positive and effective strategy for forest health and play an effective guiding role in promoting modern forestry in an all-round way.
