目的评价在对呼吸内科患者实施动脉采血中应用舒适护理的效果。方法选取呼吸内科动脉采血的患者200例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组的100例患者接受舒适护理,对照组的100例患者未接受舒适护理,仅接受常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组不仅患者护理满意度高于对照组,且采血成功率比对照组高,差异明显,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理值得应用在呼吸内科患者动脉采血中,且值得不断推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of applying comfort care in the implementation of arterial blood sampling in respiratory medical patients. Methods 200 cases of arterial blood sampling in respiratory medicine were divided into observation group and control group. 100 patients in the observation group received comfortable nursing. 100 patients in the control group did not receive comfortable nursing and received only routine nursing. The nursing of the two groups was compared effect. Results The observation group was not only satisfied with patient care satisfaction but also had a higher successful rate of blood collection than the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing should be applied to the arterial blood sampling of patients with respiratory medicine, and it is worth promoting.
