自1987年4月至1990年4月,我院在B超引导下经皮穿刺抽取肾囊肿内液体后注入10％葡萄糖酸钙治疗肾囊肿病人42例共48个囊肿,疗效良好,现报告如下。资料和方法仪器:使用日产SDL—300型实时线阵超声诊断仪和ALOKA—119型扇形扫描仪。探头频率3.5MHz。穿刺针选用G18号(φ1.2mm),注射器10ml或20ml1具。
