根据《财政部、国家经贸委关于发布〈老旧汽车报废更新补贴资金管理暂行办法〉的通知》(财建[2002]742号)等有关规定,现将2007年老旧汽车报废更新补贴资金的车辆补贴范围及补贴标准公告如下:2007年报废的车辆补贴范围为:2007年1月1日—2007年12月31日期间报废、拆解的,注册登记日期在1998年1月1日—2000年12月31日期间且使用年限在7—9年之间的下列车型:
