怎么才算“让培训有用”呢?这个问题从2008年开始就困扰着我。2012年,我加入了中国人民大学培训经理专业认证项目。在担任了该项目的专家和授课老师之后,我对“让培训有用”有了更多的多系统性思考,并且在实践中收到了成效!2012年,在我负责讲授的“培训运营与管理”课程上,我分析了一个快速发展的高科技制造企业的“MTP项目(中层管理干部培训)会不会搁浅”的案例,得到获得了学员广泛共鸣,因为这个案例具有普遍性——作为培训负责人大家最为关注和思考的就是“培训如何有用”。
How to count “make training useful”? This problem has been bothering me since 2008. In 2012, I joined the Professional Training Program of Renmin University of China. After serving as an expert and instructor for this project, I had more systematic thinking about “making training useful.” And in practice, I got results!
