企业改革一直是人类共同的课题。世界各国一直在寻找新的企业组织形式,尤其是企业制度的创新。世界许多发达国家的实践证明,西方现代企业制度是迄今为止一种最科学的企业制度。我国企业改革的目标是建立社会主义现代企业制度。我国在理论和实践上都缺少经验。因此,就中西现代企业制度进行比较分析,对建立既符合我国国情又与国际惯例接轨的具有中国特色的社会主义现代企业制度,具有重要的意义。
Enterprise reform has always been a common issue for humanity. All countries in the world are always looking for new forms of business organization, especially the innovation of the enterprise system. The practice in many developed countries in the world proves that the modern western enterprise system is by far the most scientific enterprise system. The goal of enterprise reform in our country is to establish a socialist modern enterprise system. Our country lacks experience in both theory and practice. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct a comparative analysis of the modern Chinese and Western business systems and to establish a modern socialist enterprise system with Chinese characteristics that is both in line with China’s national conditions and with international practices.
