公立医院在我国卫生医疗事业上起着主导作用,它的发展影响着国家的医疗水平和医院服务质量。随着公立医院改革不断的深入,改善人力资源管理日益受到重视。人们逐渐认识到健全的人力资源管理体制对提高医院的对外竞争力起着决定性的作用,如今,大多数公立医院的人力资源管理现状并不理想,严重阻碍着公立医院的发展。本文有针对性地提出了一些改善措施,希望公立医院的人力资源管理问题得到进一步的改善。
Public hospitals play a leading role in the cause of health care in our country, and its development affects the level of medical care in the country and the quality of hospital services. With the continuous deepening of public hospital reform, improving human resource management has drawn increasing attention. People gradually come to realize that a sound human resources management system plays a decisive role in improving the external competitiveness of the hospital. At present, the current status of human resources management in most public hospitals is not satisfactory, which seriously hinders the development of public hospitals. In this paper, we put forward some improvement measures in a targeted manner and hope that the problem of human resource management in public hospitals will be further improved.
