松桃县人间布病暴发疫情流行病学

目的调查松桃县布病暴发疫情的感染来源和传播的危险因素,采取针对性的预防控制措施。方法采用病例搜索、流行病学调查。结果 2015年12月15日松桃县畜牧局工作人员被确诊1例布病以来,截止到2016年6月30日松桃县人间布病暴发疫情确诊病例共计27例,隐性感染者1例,主要接触方式为饲养、检疫和间接直接接触;抽查病家羊中布鲁氏菌血清抗体阳性;病家种羊来源均购于贵州省某畜牧业发展有限公司。结论传染源来源于贵州省畜牧业发展有限公司种羊基地,染疫动物是发生布病疫情的主要因素,应加强对牲畜的的免疫和检疫,及早发现和消灭传染源。 Objective To investigate the source of infection and transmission of brucellosis outbreak in Songtao County and to take targeted preventive and control measures. Methods using case search, epidemiological investigation. Results December 15, 2015 Songtao County Animal Husbandry Bureau staff was diagnosed as a case of brucellosis, as of June 30, 2016 Songtao County human outbreaks of brucellosis confirmed a total of 27 cases, 1 case of latent infection , The main ways of contact were feeding, quarantine and indirect direct contact; the brucellosis antibody was positive in the spotted goat sheep; the source of sick goat was purchased from a livestock husbandry development limited company in Guizhou province. Conclusions The source of infection comes from the base of sheep breeding in Guizhou Province Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd. The infected animals are the main factors causing the outbreak of brucellosis. The immunization and quarantine of livestock should be strengthened and the source of infection should be detected and eliminated as soon as possible.
