癫痫病人意外猝死 (ＳＵＤＥＰ)是一种常见死亡原因。作者研究了癫痫病人ＳＵＤＥＰ的发生率和危险因素。 4578例癫痫病人作为研究对象 ,ＳＵＤＥＰ的诊断标准是 :①有癫痫病史 ;②突然死亡 ;③死亡出乎意外 (如无致命性疾病 ) ;④在各种检查后 (包括尸解 )仍不能解答死亡原因 Sudden death from epilepsy (SUDEP) is a common cause of death. The authors studied the incidence and risk factors for SUDEP in epileptic patients. 4578 cases of epilepsy patients as the research object, SUDEP diagnostic criteria are: ① history of epilepsy; ② sudden death; ③ unexpected death (such as non-fatal disease); ④ in various examinations (including autopsy) still can not answer cause of death
