本文报告一起因误食醋酸铅所致急性中毒。进餐者共466人,其中诊断为急性醋酸铅中毒209例(44.8％),死亡1例(0.5％),现将住院病例资料完整的124例总结如下:124例中男49例,女75例。年龄为6—79岁。误服醋酸铅中毒剂量为<2g 者73例(58.8％),>2g 者41例(33.0％);服用量不详10例,
This article reports the acute poisoning caused by the abuse of lead acetate. A total of 466 diners, including 209 cases of acute lead acetate poisoning (44.8%) and 1 death (0.5%) were diagnosed. The 124 cases of complete inpatient data are as follows: 49 cases were male and 75 cases were female. Age is 6-79 years. 73 cases (58.8%) were treated with lead acetate poisoning in the dose of <2g, 41 cases (33.0%) were> 2g, the dosage was not known in 10 cases,
