加强服务是现在铁路部门应该重视起来的,铁路局不仅是一个国有企业,也是服务大众的重要基础设施的执行者。因此加强客运服务,贯彻为人民服务的核心尤为重要。本文分析了铁路客运中所出现的问题,并提出相应的解决方法,阐述了笔者对铁路客运服务的几种思考。
Now that the railway sector should pay attention to strengthening service, the railway administration is not only a state-owned enterprise but also an executor of important infrastructure that serves the general public. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen passenger service and carry out the core of serving the people. This article analyzes the problems in the railway passenger transport, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, elaborating on the author of the railway passenger service several kinds of thinking.
