73岁的金华人郭家法是拉萨市太阳能工程技术应用研究所所长,和太阳能打了一辈子的交道,做了一辈子的“光明”使者。他曾七进阿里,一次徒步墨脱,跑遍西藏的所有地区,完成国务院下达的10个“光电水井”工程和公安部下达的5个“太阳能卫星接收站”工程。今年10月,他把目标对准了可可西里的藏羚羊保护工作。
The 73-year-old Jinhua Guo Kaifa is the director of Lhasa Institute of Solar Energy Engineering and Technology and has spent the rest of his life dealing with solar energy and has been a lifelong “light” messenger. He went to Alibaba on seven occasions and traveled all over Tibet to complete 10 “Solar Photovoltaic Power Station” projects under the State Council and 5 “Solar Satellite Receiving Stations” projects issued by the Ministry of Public Security. In October of this year, he targeted the protection of the Tibetan antelope in Hoh Xil.
