古语,天下熙熙皆为利来,天下攘攘皆为利往。所以只要有利益的地方就有纠纷,有利益的地方就会有冲突。而且这种现象在现代物欲横流的时代就更为明显。商标特别是驰名商标对于企业开展市场竞争,开拓国际市场,对于消费者选购商品,对于国家经济的发展和生产力水平的提高,有着十分重要的经济意义。虽然对驰名商标实行跨类保护,但要给予必要的限制,不能让驰名商标的保护范围无限扩张。
