采用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究了熔合区马氏体层的组织特征,并用模拟成分炼钢的方法测得了马氏体层内Ms点的分布规律。实验结果表明:熔合区马氏体层的组织是位错型马氏体,在马氏体层内,距熔合线位置不同的点有不同的马氏体转变温度Ms;马氏体转变温度主要受熔合区成分梯度控制。在实验的基础上,提出了熔合区马氏体组织形成的模型。
The microstructure of the martensitic layer in the fusion zone was studied by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The distribution of Ms points in the martensitic layer was measured by simulated steelmaking. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the martensite in the fusion zone is dislocation-type martensite. In the martensite layer, martensitic transformation temperature Ms is different at different points from the fusion line. The martensite transformation temperature is mainly Graded by the fusion zone composition control. On the basis of experiments, a model of martensite formation in fusion zone was proposed.
