随着高等教育事业的发展,产生了一些由高职新升格为本科的院校。但这些院校的很多制度还没有完善到本科院校的层次,在团支部建设方面仍然使用高职时期的管理模式,显然不能满足团支部建设的需要。本文从新升本院校系级团支部建设的现状和存在的突出问题入手,提出解决这些问题的对策建议。
With the development of higher education, a number of newly graduated from higher vocational colleges to undergraduate institutions. However, many institutions of these institutions have not yet been perfected to the level of undergraduate colleges and universities, and still use the management mode of higher vocational education in the construction of the League branch. Obviously they can not meet the needs of the League branch construction. This article starts from the status quo and existing problems of the construction of branch of higher education in our college and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
