目的:探讨滋养细胞疾病患者化疗之前饮食调节在减轻化疗胃肠道反应的临床价值。方法:样本来自于近1a在我院住院治疗的30例滋养细胞疾病患者,其中15例在化疗之前给予饮食调节,包括酸奶,沙枣,双岐因子;其余15例正常饮食。观察患者化疗过程中及化疗后的胃肠道反应情况。结果:饮食调节组化疗胃肠道反应发生率明显低于非调节组。结论:化疗前饮食调节可以有效减轻滋养叶细胞化疗患者胃肠道反应。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of dietary regulation before chemotherapy in patients with trophoblastic diseases to reduce gastrointestinal reactions in chemotherapy. Methods: The samples were obtained from 30 cases of trophoblastic disease hospitalized in our hospital in the recent past. Among them, 15 cases were given dietary regulation before chemotherapy, including yogurt, jujube and bifidus; the remaining 15 cases were normal diet. Observe the gastrointestinal reactions of patients during chemotherapy and after chemotherapy. Results: The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in diet regulators was significantly lower than that in non-regulators. Conclusion: Dietary modification before chemotherapy can effectively reduce gastrointestinal reactions in patients with trophoblast cells chemotherapy.
