随着香港回归,中国加入世贸在即,香港的厂家、商家抓住契机,纷纷到国内设厂,投资办企业,促使香港会计师行为客户服务的专业范围扩大,服务空间得以延续。为扩大对外开放,促进内地与香港的经济交流与合作,财政部最近批准了香港一家华人会计师事务所——何锡麟会计师行,在深圳设立代表处。通过设立代表处,该行将为客户提供香港及内地的有关会计、税务、公司注册等方面的咨询服务。
With the return of Hong Kong and China’s accession to the WTO, Hong Kong manufacturers and businesses seize the opportunity to set up factories and invest in enterprises domestically, prompting Hong Kong accountants to expand the scope of their professional services and extend the service space. To expand its opening up and promote economic exchanges and cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong, the Ministry of Finance has recently approved Ho Ho-lin, a Hong Kong-based Chinese accounting firm, to set up a representative office in Shenzhen. Through the establishment of a representative office, the bank will provide clients with consulting services in Hong Kong and the Mainland on accounting, taxation and company registration.
