针对储层改造后转抽时间长的层位,若工作液不能及时排出,会对地层造成二次污染,影响油井产能的问题,改进研究了措施改造后快速返排工艺的技术。该技术能实现一趟管柱完成测试并连续排液等工序,减轻其对油层的二次污染。现场应用表明,该工艺实现了压裂后不动管柱排液求产,大大缩短了排液周期,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了测试效果,降低了作业成本。
If the working fluid can not be drained in time, it will cause secondary pollution to the formation and affect the production capacity of oil well. Therefore, the technology of rapid return flow after the reform is improved. The technology can achieve a trip column to complete the test and continuous drainage and other processes to reduce the secondary pollution of the reservoir. The field application shows that the process achieves the production of fixed column liquid after fracturing, greatly shortens the drainage cycle, reduces the labor intensity of the workers, improves the test results and reduces the operating cost.
