建材研究院是建筑材料综合性研究单位,拥有专业技术干部898人,高级工程师29人,工程师463人。近几年来,建材院认真落实知识分子政策,大大调动了知识分子的积极性,在科研方面取得了可喜的成果。该院在落实知识分子政策方面主要做了以下工作: 1.提拔了一大批中青年知识分子业务骨干到各级领导岗位上,使领导班子构成基本符合干部四化要求。现有六名院级领导干部,五名是大专以上文化程度,其中两名为高级工程师,三名工程师,平均年龄由调整前的62.5岁下降到50.2岁。他们很重视在非党员知识分子中提拔干部,在130人科级干部中,有38名是非党员 Building Materials Research Institute is a comprehensive research unit of building materials, with 898 professional and technical cadres, 29 senior engineers, engineers, 463 people.
